How we protect your personal information

Gryffin takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information. We have a security team dedicated to keeping personal information safe. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing, of the personal information in our possession. We employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout our network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities.

    Griffin conducts regular security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities in the system
  3. Data Deletion
    Users can block access to their data by logging out of their account under the “Integrations” tab
  4. Technical security measures
    QA department conducts regular security testing of the system. The development department eliminates all security errors. The website uses https protocol.

Google integrations

Google Drive integration

When you connect your Google Drive, the subscription service will be able to: see your files if you link to them, create and save files. The Gryffin service uses these permissions for the functions of our tools, allowing you to create and populate documents with new data right from the project page, use them when publishing via Zapier, attach them as a source for generating responses.

Google Search Console

You can integrate Google Search Console with our content management system. As part of this integration, Gryffin will be able to view and store properties that include a list of sites and domains controlled by you and Search Console data for connected properties.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information about how your websites are used for the purpose of analyzing the data and finding ways to optimize it. Google Analytics collects metrics about your website such as:

You can prevent Google Analytics from using your information by disabling the integration on the Integrations page under Admin -> Company.

Gryffin uses cookies to help Gryffin identify and track visitors, their usage of Gryffin website, and their website access preferences. Business Transfers
