How do I attach an email to a project?
In order to attach an email you will have two options :
Login into your Gmail Account: You will need to login to your gmail account. Open your email, select the dotted line on the right. From the drop down select “Add to Project”.
A new box will pop up and you will have the option of either finding an existing project or creating a new one. Follow the steps to connect an email to a new or existing project.
On your inbox from the tool: You will have the ability to attach emails to a project. Open your email, select the email you would like to attach and click on the box with the arrow pointing up next to the email:
Attach the email to a new or existing project, and click on “Ok”.
After the email is attached, you will be able to see it within the project under the Messages tab:
