Our project management tool can house a significant amount of data about your pending and completed projects, clients, and more. You can even access Google Analytics and Google Search Console data from multiple clients using the Site Analytics dashboard in Gryffin.
In addition, our tool allows admin accounts to assign roles to all other users, which will determine what data they can access. You can choose between:
- Admin: These users will have access to everything in the system.
- Manager: In this role, users can access all projects and tasks and most company settings.
- User: This user level will only be able to access projects and tasks that are assigned to them.
- Client: Every client account will only be able to access projects and tasks with their company name in the “Client” field.
You can adjust these roles and permissions at any time to keep your data secure and meet the needs of your growing business.
